Nice Festivals, bad deejaying…

Well, long time no speak! There are so many good festivals coming up I thought I’d take some time to mention them. Firstly we have Crossing Border in the Hague on the 24th & 25th November with the splendiferous Super Furry Animals on one of their very rare visits to Holland. There, thats reason enough.

Then we have in December (14th & 16th to be precise) the Magnificent State X New Forms Festival which is always one of the most interesting shows around. Again, thats in the Hague. The Strange Death of Liberal England, Jackson & his Computer Band, and Michael Gira are only three reasons why you should attend. And another, the magnificent Appie Kim…

Oh, and for those foolhardy enough, the 4th November sees yours truly play some records on the Stubnitz, a commandeerd boat in Amsterdam. Not just me, Appie Kim the Sugarettes and Vox Von Braun will all play, showing that Dutch garage pop is currently the best thing out.

Hope to see you there!

Oh I forgot to mention… We are three! Well, since the re-launch of the site back in October 2004… 😉

What we have here is an album that may well actually be the sound of Daedalus pottering around in the prison workshop trying to manufacture some wax wings.
