How would you like to have a little fun this summer? Well, you could do worse than pick up this cd if you plan on spending a lot of time with your mates. Really Real For Forever seems destined for car stereos the world over, soundtracking days to the beach, aimless drives through the city or even just going out for ice cream. The Billionaires will remind you of, well, pretty much everyone, but you’ll be too busy laughing with your mates to care. This feels like a bizarre summer mix tape of The Beach Boys (male vocal harmonies everywhere), early Beastie Boys (Pass The Bottle could live quite happily on Licensed To Ill), The Polyphonic Spree (NYCab) and, believe it or not, The Thompson Twins (Highschool High bears quite a passing resemblance to Hold Me Now).

Of course, if you end up listening to this in the autumn, you’ll end up feeling like you’ve drank too much Sunny D but until then, open the windows, drop the roof down and have a blast. The summer has arrived and it’s going to be Really Real For Forever. Or at least until it pisses down again.
